Martha Vasquez is an experienced litigation attorney with the law firm of LaBarbiera & Martinez, with over twenty years of legal experience. Martha’s areas of practice include personal injury, premises liability and automobile accidents in New Jersey and New York. Her background includes over a decade of experience with well-known and established insurance defense law firms, giving her first-hand knowledge of how opposing counsel may strategize a claim. Martha has served as Chambers Assistant to the Honorable Michael R. Ambrecht, Supreme Court of the State of New York, Criminal Court. She began her legal career as an Assistant District Attorney for the Bronx County District Attorney, then served as an Assistant Attorney General for the New York State Office of the Attorney General.
