Alexandra Marghella brings nearly 15 years of experience advising clients across complex legal, regulatory, and operational landscapes. Alexandra’s career spans large law firm practice, in-house counsel roles, and executive leadership. She began her legal career as a clerk for the Honorable Brian R. Martinotti and then began litigating employment and professional liability cases in both state and federal court, gaining hands-on experience with trials, mediations, and motion practice. She later spent nearly a decade at Paul Hastings LLP, advising financial institutions and investment firms on regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.
